Nice work if you can get it

Tonight I met G-dawg and her friend Kathy to see a broadway musical Nice Work If You Can Get It
It was awesome! A vintage presence with very relevant comedy I loved it!

Afterwards I took the gang out to the Darkroom.

Like i've said before the US motto bigger is better, applies to shots too, checkout how scared twinny is!

...still scared

The bridge to the village

One thing you should know about my tour guiding skills I like to walk, I also get lost which also involves a lot of walking my hot tip: wear realistically comfortable shoes

So Hannah decided to jump on the bandwagon and visit me from Toronto with some of her fellow exchange students, Paula and Johannes. First stop cruising the Brooklyn Bridge from the Brooklyn side to Manhattan.

Then we walked from Tribeca upwards aka the bottom of Manhattan

Sophie arrives!

My delicious friend Sophie came to visit me for a few days so naturally the first thing we did was get some lunch after her 10 hour bus ride from toronto including a creepy stalker from Buffalo...seriously if you ever travel in these parts you've gotta take a long bus ride somewhere it is always entertaining!

I decided it was time to bust out my lonely planet and the Tribeca/Wall street tour. First stop The Hideaway as previously blogged about. We enjoyed some buttered corn and split a burger.

Finally some nice weather!

This fountain is located near city hall

The famous bull part of the broadway statues located all the way from the Upper west side down to Wall st

This was a statue with a dutch inscription (Sophie's heritage)

This was a piece that use to stand in one on of the twin towers they re-erected it here in Battery Park

You can see the new towers being constructed in the background
