Some like it hot others cant ice

Sriracha - an extremely popular hot sauce I thought it was just amongst my family but it turns out to be available at pretty much most restaurants and cafe's so much so it appears as an ingredient see my next post for reference

It has a mild - medium kick spicing up almost any ordinary dish so far I enjoy it with eggs, rice & crepes..

For my next topic I have one addiction its iced coffee I just love an icy cup of java I was under the impression that it started here in the US I was clearly mistaken! here iced coffee is black coffee with ice its just not the same so I will have to find another vice or ask if I can get behind the counter to make it either/or.
