First Friday

In Philly the first friday of the month all galleries downtown are open later so everyone has chance to wander the streets checking out their favourite galleries, enjoying some wine & cheese.

This is such a cool idea I will be putting this to the board of Perth (C)

After my uncle and I wandered through the galleries we met up with my aunty for dinner at Rangoon a burmese restaurant. My aunty said I would love this as it is a combination of Asian & Indian Cuisine needless to say she was dead right!

My favourite things were the appetizers

Crispy Taro Root with a light garlic sauce - looks like french fries


Thousand layer bread with curry potato dip - that sauce was divine


For mains we enjoyed
 Mango Shrimp
Coconut Tofu - creamy coconut sauce
Burmese spare ribs -
 delicious pork ribs in a basil, coriander, garlic sauce & burmese seasoning I thought it tasted similar to mint sauce 

All in all I was overly satisfied!
