Tuesday two-day

The 3/4 reasons I got into events were to:

1. Travel
2. Live in NYC and work at Madison Square Garden 
3. Meet Anthony Kiedis (lead singer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers)
4. Oh and I love a good party ;-)

1. I'm doing it!

2. I'm shacking up with my delicious cousin in NYC and I contacted the Garden to confirm they accept international students for their internships - Affirmative! So I sent in my application with everything crossed....stay tuned

3. I received an email from the Red Hot Chili Peppers website announcing their North American Tour and where do bands perform in NYC you guessed it Madison Square Garden so basically my stars are aligning!

So here's my hot tip: Dare to f*cking dream.

Later that same day...

I went into the city again to shop for christmas presents and have lunch with my aunty I stopped by this cafe/restaurant called Le Pain Quotidien finally! I  found the correct way to get an iced coffee you have to order an iced (insert type of coffee ie. latte) and you get a nice cold cup of java I was literally on cloud nine it is the simple things in life okay, I also enjoyed a delicious chia muffin its super healthy but it tastes like chocolate my delightful waiter told me all about them so I had to try it!

Then I met my aunty for lunch at a beautiful Japanese restaurant called Shiroi Hana for delicious mixed sushi platter then it was on to christmas shopping for the Aussie relations... Observation: Shopping is so much easier when buying for the ones you love as opposed to yourself -I hate that, but I love it at the same time, you know the deal.
